The experience was negatively unforgettable, I was welcomed by a lovely centipede skittering under my bed, how charming! Then, I discovered a dirty bra from a previous guest. Also, woudl it have been too much to ask for some kind of complimentary gesture for my troubles? the place is a total disaster, I just couldn’t recommend it.

We had a wonderful family trip that included convenient access to nearby attractions. The room was clean and cozy, making it easy for us to relax after a day of exploring. Mount Agamenticus was just a short drive away, perfect for a day in nature.
My wife says that the parking lot felt sketchy at night.

Great location with convenient dining options
I enjoyed my stay for 3 nights in a clean double room that was just steps away from the vibrant downtown Dover area. The abundance of nearby food establishments made it easy to find meals and sweet treats without driving anywhere. Although the parking situation could use some improvement, I appreciated the efforts of the newer owners to rejuvenate the older property, as they are definitely on the right track.

The experience was frustrating from the start, with a confusing reservation process that led to an unexpected no-show fee. Despite the charming local culture and some appealing home-made local food, the overall vibe felt unwelcoming. After only a short time, it was clear this was not the right place, prompting an immediate refund request and the search for a better alternative.
